Our marshmallows are made fresh every week. We prefer to send our orders at the beginning of the week to avoid the marshmallows sitting inside a hot warehouse over the weekend.

Please try and keep the marshmallows in a cool, dry area and preferably in an airtight container. 

 

They should last for up to 3 weeks at room temperature. Like many confectionary items, the enemy of marshmallows is moisture, including humidity.
